Process
Acquisition of the property
A purchase on our part typically occurs only after the property has been inspected. We usually acquire these properties through internal sources, property management companies, real estate agents, and referrals.
Renovation
Afterward, these properties are renovated by our in-house construction companies and partners. The renovation usually takes 6-8 weeks.
Sale
Subsequently, the renovated apartments, houses, and villas are sold to interested buyers.
